Hunters Hill Removals Request a callback

The fine print, plainly

Privacy

Short version: we collect what an enquiry needs, we use it to handle your move, we share it only with whoever services your request, and you can ask for it to be removed at any time.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type: usually a name, a phone number, sometimes an email address, the suburb or street the move involves, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you use the Approach Plan tool, the picks you made travel with the enquiry as a visible note you can edit before sending. The tool itself asks for no personal details and stores nothing on its own.

What we use it for

One thing: handling your enquiry. That means reading it, calling you back, planning and quoting the move, and doing the work if you go ahead. We do not build marketing lists from enquiries, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who sees it

The people who need it to serve you. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request, for example the crew that will carry out the move. The details travel no further than the job requires.

Where it lives

Enquiries are stored securely with our infrastructure provider. Standard technical logs, such as the fact a page was requested, exist the way they do for every website; we do not use them to identify you.

Cookies and tracking

This site works without signing you in and without advertising trackers. Any spam-protection service used on the enquiry form (such as a challenge widget) operates under its own provider's terms and sees only what it needs to tell a person from a bot.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will do that too, unless a legal obligation, such as records of completed work, requires otherwise. The simplest way to ask is through the enquiry form, marked clearly as a privacy request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with its wording updated. Nothing in it will ever quietly grant us more than an enquiry needs.
